On Thursday, May 27, 2021, the district submitted the P-EBT file to DCFS and received a confirmation email verifying receipt of the file. The district was notified on June 17th that DCFS has published a list of districts that had not completed a file submission. We checked the list and verified that Cameron Parish was listed as not having a file submission. The district immediately contacted DCFS. DCFS informed us that they received the file and were working on processing it. On June 22nd the district received an email from DCFS stating there was a technical glitch and asked us to resubmit the file. The information was double checked for correctness, and the information was resubmitted on June 24th. A confirmation email from DCFS verifying file submission was received by the district. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you we are working diligently to resolve this. The district will update the information when DCFS has fixed the technical glitch.
